Doi. In the Armenia thread he had Armen Sargsyan, current president, who I had confused for whatever reason with Aram Sargsyan, who was PM in the late 90s. Thus my befuddlement at his choice of politicians.

I choose 2, as TimTurner said, head of state and head of government. In most democratic countries, they may have different views and be from different parties, so I choose two. In monarchies where the monarch plays a ceremonial role, I will only choose the head of government
