I am starting a new series of polls on foreign leaders. The first will be the European countries in alphabetical order. After the series is over, I will publish the results where we will determine who is the most popular foreign leader in Atlas

Meta: Meh,I heard he was good on gay rights and he wasn’t as bad as other starting post-communist leaders

Rama: Hilarious Person, but what a woeful state of affairs the Albanian people must incur dealing with him.
