From previous thread .... by user LimoLiberal:
Quote
Sanders definitely not making 15% statewide in Mississippi.

Sanders is now showing 14.9%.
You are probably correct, once the voting is final.

Washington looks like a lock for Biden now, if Sanders can't even beat him on the early vote.  It was supposed to be Sanders winning the mail-in votes and Biden clawing back with the day-of votes.  Instead, Sanders and Biden are tied in the early vote and Biden will open up a 5-10 point lead based on the later votes.

Looks like Biden is closing on a near sweep, as current day voting in Idaho and Washington will favor him strongly.  Only North Dakota firehouse remains.

I thought some of the vote count at this hour, also includes some of the actual voting that happened today.
Are you sure it's all just early mail-in votes?
Because if so, you are more than likely correct: It will be a decent win for Biden.

Their combined vote only adds up to 65% so I doubt it.

So who wins Lewis County, Idaho? It's the only county Hillary Clinton ever won in both of her presidential primaries.

Did anybody have a sweep (or near sweep) on his/her radar? I was studying for an oncology exam so I didn't have much time to...oh who am I kidding? I was watching Netflix and eating ice cream for most of last week.

I admire that biden isn’t a full fledged socialist like Bernie, but I roll my eyes at his schtick about morality, decency, and national healing.

Where were those characteristics today when he insulted and threatened an American he may be president for next year?

Where were those characteristics when he went into the dirt in 2012 and accused Romney of pretty shocking beliefs, such as wanting to bring slavery back for African Americans?

Where were those characteristics when he continued to falsely claim that the driver who collided with his wife and daughter was drunk, even after the family wrote to the senator and begged him to stop doing that because it was ruining the reputation of their father? That driver went to the grave with a significant portion of American believing him to be a reckless murderous drunk. Can you imagine how awful he must have felt?

Well yeah, he should. Even if I disagree with most of it.

Also, admitting Biden isn't a "full-fledged socialist" isn't that big of a concession.

I, and many other people are fair minded, roll my eyes when I hear biden speak of “healing” the country through unity and decency

Have we lost our minds? This country has been polarized at dangerous levels since the 2004 election. It has gotten worse on a linear trend, but just remember the Ferguson riots of 2014 when you reminisce about the “good ole unified” days before trump arrived. Trump is a symptom of a corrosion in national empathy, not a cause.

Just got up ...

Those results are not as bad as I thought for Bernie, but there’s a lot to be counted.

Next week will be even more brutal.

Basically it's just a primary with limited voting locations.

Where are you looking?
Bernie is up by only 2000 in the NYT numbers? Very small, but there.

(Compare this to yours please. Bernie currently has 335,498 votes. What do you show?)
