There is zero evidence in American history that the suburbs dislike socialist candidates

Plus a number of variables that'll affect today and the next three weeks of primaries (Or 59% of pledged delegates):

- The difference between a shockingly strong Sanders win or a shockingly narrow Sanders loss  (And how much of his strong Hispanic support is Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction)

NBC Entrance Poll

Hispanic (18 %)
Sanders 51
Biden 13
Buttigieg 11
Steyer 9
Warren 7
Klobuchar 6
Warren 11

Bernie is apparently the candidate who unites Progressives and Moderates, the one who can win in both "lanes."

The only candidates viable at a Strip/Casino caucus are Bernie and Biden. Bigger group for Bernie "strongly in favor of Bernie" (on MSNBC). They are trying to get Warren people to come over, Warren was not viable.

Both Sanders and a lesser extent Biden have to like that picture.

What would one consider Steyer on the political spectrum?

CNN's Sparks university precinct has Sanders viable at 47%, warren at 14.7, rest below. Here's a good place to explain the early vote ballot. Voters choices will be pushed upwards like RCV, starting with lowest candidate with votes. So here, all Klobuchar voters will be pushed upwards in their ev, to try and make others viable.

Campaigning as a progressive with fairly moderate policy.

I'm getting the feeling that Bernie Sanders is going to win handedly, but at the same time the delegate lead won't be crazy. There's just not that many delegates to get in Nevada and there are still many candidates to split with.

It was a strong crowd for Biden, that's all I was saying. Sanders is obviously romping today.

Bernie is apparently the candidate who unites Progressives and Moderates, the one who can win in both "lanes."

Losing 66-23 to other candidates does not make him the choice of moderates. It means that moderate vote is split between multiple candidates, but it's pretty clear that he's not the choice of moderates.

For the Record I vehemently disagree with former Senator Claire McCaskill who said quote "It only matters who comes in 2nd"

Not when Sanders is winning by 15+ Points I am afraid Senator.

Democratic party taken over by a communist. JFK rolling in his grave.

Socialism and communism are not the same thing.  Take a beginning political science class.

I guess we shouldn't devote much time to Nevada's results, particularly less time than New Hampshire's despite their lower delegate total.

No one cares about Nevada Sad

Socialism and communism are not the same thing.  Take a beginning political science class.

But socialism increases the chance of communism.
Getting lung cancer (socialism) and dying from cancer (communism) is not the same thing, I agree.
