After the past day or two, I've come to the conclusion that if the race somehow comes down to Biden versus Warren, I'll be voting for Biden. Screw this. #BernieOrBiden

At this point me and my wife will 100% support Biden over Warren should our vote count by the time the Oregon Primary comes around....

Stabbing a fellow "Left Democrat" over shadowy whispers, and then on-stage not directly addressing the issue, then doing some sort of "hand-shake stunt" appears to be all image and no substance....

Would rather go with honest Joe, rather than the candidate of "Reformist Dems" who can't at least speak directly to an issue that she created, which appears more like a "means of gaining power" rather than how one should "exercise power"....

Biden: "Character Counts"....

We have Five adult daughters on my wife's side that are all working-class Democrats, and sorry this crap move don't count with our family....

My wife would be more than happy to jump and chime in on this on Atlas in her own voice, after watching (and trust me she's a bit more of fiery red-head hot-head than I am on such issues)....

Warren might think she is making some movements in the 'burbs, but for every movement like that, she'll loose (2) Female voters in the Millennial Heartlands of America....

Disappointed in Warren.... She owes Bernie a private apology, since after all there is an old Roman quote to the effect that: " those who want to govern most should govern least" (Or something to that effect)....

While I still like Warren, this was incredibly disappointing, and frankly beneath her. It was probably a misunderstanding that they had, but it was pretty low of her to bring it up now that Sanders is gaining. Had Sanders attacked her in a similar way during her surge, he would’ve gotten tons of flak for it. Probably going to put Sanders as my top choice again, though I was already expecting to vote for him since I’m pretty sure it’ll be just Biden and Sanders left by the time Washington votes.

She's losing Facebook followers like crazy, almost 200 in 10 minutes.

Also, her Twitter page has stagnated the past two days, and only moved up about 1,500 since the end of the debate.  Bernie has grown by 37,000 followers over the last two days, and he's added 14,000 followers since midnight.

Facebook is more important in regards to Iowa.  82% use Facebook, and 59% spend most of their time on Facebook.  Bernie is up 5,500 and Warren is down 1,500 since Midnight.

I think it’s clear Warren’s political judgement is horrible-see her DNA test, handling of healthcare and now this. So while I still like her and think she’d be a great President, she seems like the wrong choice to take on Trump. Bernie is now probably my first choice, I’m nervous about his electability but Buttigieg and Biden also have flaws for the GE and I like Bernie and his platform more.

So now all the Bernie Sanders supporters have decided that they no longer like the only other candidate besides Sanders who supports a wealth tax etc, and if they can't have Bernie, they would rather have the guy (Biden) that just 24 hours ago many of the same people were attacking for his willingness to cut social security and his vote in favor of the Iraq war.

Doesn't really make sense from a policy perspective, but interesting change of perspective, I guess...

Here's a shocker --- I guess voters don't vote based on policy ---- , and that many self-proclaimed "progressive" voters actually may care about some other things more than progressive policies.

If so, then why did i.e. Beto O'Rourke get attacked, apparently just for policy reasons, because of not being sufficiently progressive and pure like Bernie was? Just didn't like Beto's style I guess, apparently it wasn't about policy after all, if Biden is now looking so good?

Bernie probably just phrased the "Trump will use sexism" take extremely poorly because Bernie does that kind of thing all the time, and I don't think Warren is exactly wrong to jump on that, but it does not bode well for her political instincts.

Biden has like a 70-80% chance of winning. The only scenario where he doesn't is if Bernie wins both of Iowa & NH. Sanders is leading among Hispanics & in the that scenario he can challenge Biden.

Warren is currently 4th in Iowa & NH & if Sanders falls, Hispanic votes will be won by Biden by a large margin thereby cementing his victory.

So this NeverWarren crowd is irrelevant now. The only person who can stop Biden is Bernie (& he has to atleast win Iowa & NH for that).

Biden is better placed to win the GE than Warren and has more political judgment. So #BernieorBiden.

LOL at all the butthurt that she didn't shake his hand. Look at it from her standpoint, assuming he said what was reported. He would rather lie and let her take the heat for being cast as the dishonest one than own up to the truth. I wouldn't shake the hand of a person who did that either. She wanted to clarify it before making up and he refused. But of course people will always side with the man- when the man shows anger, he's rewarded, when the woman shows anger, she's punished. We still live in a misogynistic society and the Democratic Party is not immune to it, unfortunately. And yeah, people saying they prefer Biden is no surprise, people vote based on personality not policy... up until now the Berners were the only exception to this but now they have shown themselves no exception either.

There's no way of knowing who's telling the truth and frankly, I don't think it matters much. The damage has been done. It was an opinion people on Atlas have expressed and many voters subconsciously agree with, but it was a fight between progressives, so the media went all in on the scandalous coverage. The left shoots itself on the foot again.

I think this is the most troubling part of the whole debacle. This is a self-inflicted injury, a deliberate own-goal. It's not something we can afford. I'll be voting for the Democratic nominee - something like this won't change that. (Bloomberg or a flailing Biden will be a personal struggle, but I'll do it.) Setting ourselves on fire like this is just painful, and foolish.

I've generally been a Warren supporter, but bringing up something she and Bernie had a private conversation about years ago as a point of the campaign lowers my confidence in her.

This should also drive home the already well-established lesson: the media is not on "our side". They're on the side of outrage eyeballs and advertising revenue. They will all give Benedict Donald unprecedented amounts of free airtime until the election.

Bernie can't win. Socialism will never be accepted.

This election will be decided in MN, WI, MI, IA, PA.
- Amy won MN 3X by 20+%. Clinton won by 0.56%
- She is ranked #1 senator for getting stuff done.
- Born/Raised in a union household of 4 generations.
- The VOTES aren't there for free college/medicare for all. Proven winner!

This whole hullabaloo has really left a bad taste in my mouth for Warren. I won't go quite so far as to say she's a snake or a backstabber, but this is certainly a gross thing to do and anyone who knows Bernie knows that he would never say what she has accused him of saying. By deliberately waiting until this moment of desperation to bring this back up (the conversation allegedly happened over a year ago), it shows that this was a calculated political move and nothing else. Which is incredibly sad and frustrating. Instead of drawing legitimate policy distinctions, Warren is taking the low road and trying to smear Bernie for her own gain.

This is not as egregious as the things Pete to ultimately lose my support, but it is getting to the point where it is too late in the game to equivocate on these things...so I guess I'm on team Bernie. But I'll still enthusiastically support Warren if she somehow gets the nomination.
