He governs a city that is apart of the Rust Belt and is declining population, yet seems to have no concern for the interests of his constituents*.

This is literally fake news lmao, South Bend's population started increasing during his term.

Has it? Mind if I ask for a source?

Google "South Bend population" or just Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Bend,_Indiana
Quote
Recently, the city population has started to grow for the first time in nearly fifty years.[8] The old Studebaker plant and surrounding area, now called Ignition Park, is being redeveloped as a technology center to attract new industry.[9]

All evidence points to the contrary for Buttigieg "not caring about his constituents". Democrats should stop trashing their own and developing hatred for their own candidates just because.

Of course, if you could have Kennedy-Johnson or Reagan-Bush, Biden-Harris is easy.

I think if anything it becomes more likely. Biden, when he's done licking his wounds and should he still be nominated, may come to admire Harris' fortitude.

Yes, if it gives him the best chance of winning, he'll offer and she will accept. Neither wants 4 more years of Trump, and it makes her the early front runner for 2028 (if they win) or 2024 (if they lose).

Harris is a good attack dog, so she'd probably be a good Vice Presidential nominee.  I question her integrity though.

Not a fan for obvious reasons, but I could definitely get enthusiastic for Harris/Biden.

Absolutely, Hillary and Obama attacked each other way worse in 2008 and still evolved to have a very good working relationship (albeit not VP). I think Bush and Reagan were probably more vicious in 1980 as well.

Actually, that's almost the opposite. Obama gave her the job that basically kept her out of the country for as much as possible, haha.

We haven't seen anything vicious so far.

People like Bennet, came to defense of Harris, whom didnt agree with Biden on segregation, came on and talked about how damaging the comment was. A Biden-Klobuchar ticket is more likely than a Biden-Harris ticket. Harris is in the same camp as Sestak and Bennet, on the political spectrum

Harris would rather run on top to Sestak or Bennet

No. She needs to run in 2024 after Biden loses.

As much as I dislike him, Biden could plausibly beat Trump if he does win the nomination... as almost any Democrat could, given his approval ratings and the large number of people who strongly disapprove of him.

Flip it to Harris-another moderate white male, perhaps.

Bingo. Plus, not that it matters much, but she’d manhandle Pence in a debate.
