I got an ad on Facebook implying Gravel had reached 58,000 donors.

58,853 according to this

Updated September/October chart with new NBC/WSJ poll:

Quick note for July: Gravel is roughly 6K away from qualifying by donors, but 20 candidates have already qualified by polls, so donors-only would not get him into the debates. He'll either need two polls at 1% in the next 5 days, or another qualified candidate to inexplicably drop out or not submit their polls for debate qualification.

Edit: With the new FOX SC poll, Booker’s now at 4/4 qualifying polls. Passing the 130K threshold should be pretty easy for him as his last count was 115K.

At this point, Gravel should just stay in the race.

He could try to reach the 130.000 donors for the September debate.

If 2.000 new donors are added each day now, he'd be there in ca. a month ... and he'd be automatically qualified for the debate.

He'd never get the required 2% in 4 polls.

Is it 130K donors + the polls ?

I thought it's just one of them ...

Yes, from the 3rd debate on, candidates have to meet both requirements, not just either/or like for the first 2 debates.

Are there live-updating donor counts for any of the other candidates?

Gabbard has one on her website, but it's sometimes a little behind. She often tweets more updated counts.

It'll definitely be today. The question is whether it will be before or during this.

If he's up to argue his points that deserves be argued then it's awesome.

And I'd rather have Gravel, someone with actual political experience, debating than Ms. Harnesting Love Call The Prime Minister of New Zealand Beep Boop.

According to Wikipedia's qualifying tables on the 2020 Democratic debates page, Gravel now has 3 polls at 1% thanks to this Hill-Harris poll that came out today: https://thehill.com/hilltv/what-americas-thinking/453142-biden-slips-below-30-percent-among-2020-democrats

That would imply he has a guaranteed spot because he already qualified via donors, which would knock Bullock (fewest 1% polls of the non-donor qualified candidates) out again

Can anyone confirm this? Surprised to see there haven't been any articles about it and the Gravel teens haven't even tweeted about it. It would be wild if he were on stage, and devastating for Bullock to miss out again

It’s not accurate, he still only has one poll.

Makes sense - that correction has since been reflected on the Wikipedia article. Seems incredibly unlikely that he'll be on the stage, as interesting as that would be.
