The Bernie Bros TM will say anything to ruin Warren

Yes, because every single Sanders supporter absolutely despises Warren.

The vast majority of his supporters would be pretty happy with Warren. But keep painting us with the same brush; it worked out well three years ago.
He didn’t say Sanders supporters. He said Bernie Bros and they are absolutely grilling Warren simply for not being their God.

It's still an extremely reductionist term that whitewashes his supporter base and erases Bernie's female supporters (and supporters of color).

Talk about the cultists all you want (I don't like Sarandon either), but the moment people start dismissing our voices that aren't white or male, it starts treading dangerously close to racism.

What? They weren'tt accusing Bernie supporters of trashing Warren. They were accusing a certain subset of Sander supporters of trashing Warren.

As I said before, every Sanders supporter is a Bernie Bro according to Atlas.

I think I support Warren as much as I support Pete at this point. It’s like a 1A/1B scenario.

I'm not talking about TSA or RFK's assertion (I actually agree with them). talking about why I believe Bernie Bro is a problematic term (it's inherently gendered).

They like to throw stones from glass houses. If Warren had voted for the 1994 crime bill, to deregulate the derivatives market, to give gun manufacturers legal immunity, or against immigration reform, they would absolutely excorciate her over it.

Given her being a Republican then, she would have probably voted for it. She did something worse. She stood by & cheered & supported the Republican party a it slashed taxes from 70% to 28% odd, gutted all regulations, engaged in racial hostility against African Americans, gutted trade unions, appointed people like Thomas & on & on & on.

And she supported the Republican party all this while because she was worried about government taking an activist role. She was a hard right winger then.

This flat out isn't true.

Quote
Her first presidential vote, in 1972, had been cast against a man she said she disliked passionately, Richard Nixon. But reflecting on how little she had paid attention to day-to-day politics at the time, she couldn’t immediately recall who had been running against him. When told it was Democrat George McGovern, she said, Yes, she would have voted for him but didn’t have any specific memory of having done so. (She was living in New Jersey at the time.)

Going to the polls, she said, was nothing new for her. Warren’s mother had been a poll worker and brought her young daughter to the polls each Election Day.

Nixon was re-elected that year, of course, but resigned and was replaced by Gerald Ford. Warren said she had voted for him in 1976, believing that “Ford was a decent man.”

Quote
In 1980, she said, she was a registered independent living in Missouri City, Texas, and cast her vote to re-elect Carter.

Again you posted fake news. This is not about Warren voting for Reagan or presidential votes but about crime bill & so on.

Given the fact that she hated government for playing an activist role, thoroughly supporter Republicans because they were the party of markets, there is no evidence to say she wouldn't support Republican policies including the crime bill.

Given she voted for Carter and McGovern, she didn’t throughly support Republicans and I’m not sure what part of the article was fake news. As for the crime bill, I don’t really know how Warren would have voted but at this point she probably was too lefty to get elected anywhere as a Republican so I think there’s a non-zero chance she would have voted against it or gotten the bill improved. But there isn’t much to base this record off of. And even then, Bernie Sanders of all people voted for it unfortunately.

I wouldn't put her first but I don't think it's an unreasonable claim. If you think Biden is overrated it makes sense.

Absolutely. And she should demand this as she is in 2nd place and keeping the 1st and 2nd place candidates apart is ludicrous.

Yep, I read about that too. I wonder if this could mean anything down the line, considering how crucial the Union is to winning the state's primary.

One infraction probably means nothing though.

Very disappointing, but not something that dooms her campaign, and not something that is unique to the Warren campaign.

Not changing my vote.

Compare to the Bernie campaign, which sent me texts asking if I could join a picket line.

What exactly do you want from us? Drop Elizabeth, who has a long and storied history of standing up for workers rights over a circumstantial and likely factually exaggerated hit piece, and endorse your neoliberal candidate who puts people in jail for marijuanna offences and school truancy? Like, for real.

Bruh, I actually like Kamala in some ways. She’s probably # 3 or 4 on my list, and Vs. Biden I’m gonna be out there flaunting the Kamala gear with you — but trying to sully Warren’s bonafide Progressive credentials isn’t gonna work.

I'm basically supporting Elizabeth Warren at this point. I don't buy into the so-called electability issue. John Kerry and Hillary Clinton were supposed to be electable. I'm not afraid to run someone with firm convictions and someone that will take the fight right to Trump. I have no doubt she'll be able to throw it back to Trump.

As for her Senate seat, I hope the legislature in Massachusetts will change the law once again and require the temporary vacancy be filled by someone of the same party.
