Governor Gary Locke is proud to announce that Governor Christine Gregoire and Former Congressman Joseph Cao has endorsed him...... so yeah !

Gary Locke spoke to a Des Monies High School, where he had his first rally focusing on Taking back America  and to take on the World.

" Washington Politicians have very good speeches. They talk and talk, but they can't get things done. Because they are too tied up with Special Interests. As Govenor, I took on the big banks, as I worked together with Repubilcans and Democrats to revive Washington State. As Secretary, and Ambassordor, I stood up to the Big Banks to assure that American Jobs stay here."

" That is why I am running for President. To take back this country, and take on the  world. My Daughter suggested to me that we should use A Campaign Song. I asked her what song, she said, Take on the World. I know. It is a cheesy Disney Song. But, it does make a point. I ask that you join with me to take on the world.... together, the new American Century starts right now. Thank you ! And may God bless these states !

In the background, Hepburn was looking quietly. Locke is doing great. Their first target............. Bill Gates.

“This is the dawn of a New American Century; we need leadership for tomorrow, not just for today, and certainly not a figure from our past. Our greatest days are right around the corner. There was once a time not too long ago in the grand scheme of history when we lagged behind Europe in terms of industrial and economic might. And yet, we had a second American revolution, and by the end of the 19th century America was a burgeoning world power. By the turn of the 21st century, we lived in a unipolar world. And yet, somewhere along the line in the last fifteen years, we have seemingly lost our status as the world’s greatest power. What if those generations of Americans didn’t rise to the occasion? What if America was just another nation on a map? Russia and China are rising. The other two BRIC nations, India and Brazil, look increasingly likely to assert themselves as regional powers of their own right. The generation of current leadership in those four nations has made the bold decision to step into history. What if our generation doesn’t do the same? I am running for President for that very reason-I am running to ensure that this century will be the new American century. And I need your help to do that.”

Tuesday, July 7th, 2015:
-Attend an anti-Castro rally in Miami, Florida.
"This administration’s policy towards Cuba is one of capitulation. Where will it end? Will the people of the United States be compensating Cuba instead of the Cubans compensating Americans for the seizure of their property? Will we end our policy of embracing refugees with open arms? I know what we are giving up to the Castro brothers: our leverage. But what do we gain? What do the good people of Cuba gain, besides more international acceptance of the regime that oppresses them?"

-Meeting with Adam Hasner in Boca Raton, Florida.
-Meeting with Governor Rick Scott in Boca Raton, Florida.
-Fundraiser in Boca Raton, Florida.

Meet Team Marco:

Rubio’s former office manager, Sullivan also worked for Kay Bailey Hutchison’s 2004 reelection campaign and was youth director for the 1996 Jesse Helms campaign.

Deputy Campaign Manager: Rich Beeson
Previously Mitt Romney’s political director, Rich Beeson was a long time strategist and Republican operative before being tapped to serve as Rubio’s Deputy Campaign manager.

Senior Advisor: Todd Harris
Having worked for John McCain and John Kasich in 2000, and Jeb Bush in 2002 as a traveling press secretary and communications director, Todd Harris is a valuable asset to the Rubio campaign due to his past experiences-including on that of rival Jeb Bush’s campaign.

Hey, guys.

Unfortunately, I still wasn't able to be that active today (the real life scenario that I referred to earlier has not yet resolved itself).

However, thanks to everyone who has been participating!

I will extend this Round an additional 24 hours because it doesn't seem like everyone has been able to post yet.

Once more sorry for being so inactive, things have been quite hectic in RL recently.

A: (Chuckle) Well, while it has been awhile, I've remained active in politics in more behind the scenes roles. I have experience, conviction, and the understanding that the Republican party is a big tent. I have something to offer everyone, from the moderates to the conservatives, and even to the libertarians. I believe I am that leader that can take the whole Republican party to the White House.

Ad Buy: 55% of $$$ allocated to New Hampshire, 13% to South Carolina, 12% to Nevada, 10% to NYC media market, 10% to Iowa.

The two Democratic frontrunners, one a relic of the troubled past and the other a cranky voice for a socialistic future. Who could prevent such horror? Meet John Kasich, a thorn in the side of the Clintons since 1990s who's been leading the charge for conservative reform even longer.

I'm John Kasich and I approve this message./i]

July 1

Fundraiser in Cleveland, Ohio.

Townhall in Dayton, Ohio.

Seek Endorsement from John Boehner.
" I understand your struggles since I've worked with you and had to lead a caucus that was often afraid to compromise in the 90s.  With me in the White House we can't mend those problems".

Meet and greet in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Speech on criminal justice reform at Cincinnati University, Ohio.

Excerpt:

One of the most pressing moral issues in this country is the fact that the United States has 25% of the world's prison
prison population despite having only 5% of the world's population. A large part of this is caused by moral decay
and personal instability but another big part is that some people are being arrested unfairly and many more are
staying too long, especially in our inner cities. We've been able to reduce Ohio's incarceration rate by decriminalizing
minor drug offenses and expanding rehab treatments that have led to less criminals coming back and I pledge to
do the same as president
!

July 2nd

Town Hall in Hillsborough, New Hampshire

Town Hall in Concord, New Hampshire

Seek endorsement of Bob Smith

" Listen Bob, I have a record of being a practical conservative like you who also doesn't stand for government
waste and inefficiency. The party can thrive in New Hampshire with people who have visions like ours".

Speech on the budget in Concord, New Hampshire.

Excerpt:

Thank You! The spirit of the revolution was released right here to the world along with it's values of Liberty and no taxation without representation live in my campaign. I am the only candidate running who has led a successful charge to balance the budget as a congressman and executive. I've been able to do so by setting priorities from day 1 in D.C and Ohio. Just recently I've been able to dig Ohio out of a two billion dollar hole by slowing the growth of our welfare state, prisons, and pensions with the help of a Republican legislature. Ohio now has an eight billion dollar surplus thanks to leadership I tend to bring to Washington!

July 3rd

Appearance on Fox and Friends

Fundraiser in Brooklyn, NY

Barnstorming in Long Island, NY

Meeting with George Pataki . (Discuss successful records, nuanced policy positions, Chris Christie's failures, and  wishes for strong leadership in hopes of endorsement)

July 4th

Barnstorming in Columbia, South Carolina

Veterans Rally in Columbia, South Carolina

Our Veterans have paid the ultimate sacrifice and deserve to be repaid with a more effective VA and commitment to human rights. Sadly we saw this administration concede egregious violations in human rights to negotiate with leaders from Iran and Cuba. John Kasich will not toss aside the freedoms our soldiers fight for when making deals!

Meet and Greet in Charleston, South Carolina

Meeting with Tim Scott. (Discuss Kasich's record and success with black outreach by winning 1/4 of the African American vote in 2014)

July 5th.

Interview with the Des Moines Register.

Call to Laura Ingram radio show.

Town Hall in Iowa City, Iowa

July 6th.

Speech on Immigration in Anaheim, California.

Excerpt:

Illegal Immigration is a serious problem in this country. There are quite a few people who want to abuse the system and are as violent as any other citizen already here. However we must remember that most of these people are God-fearing, moral human beings who want to be here. Many of them come from far worst situations than in Mexico too. For those who are law-abiding taxpayers their should be a path to citizenship. We also need to make immigrating to this country easier and be vigilant of illegal activity happening in places other than the Mexican border to reduce the amount of illegal immigration.

Fundraiser in San Diego, California

Interview with the Los Angeles Times

Appearance on the O'Reilly factor.

July 7th.

Meet and Greet in Reno, Nevada.

Meeting with Brian Sandoval for endorsement. (Discuss what it means to a GOP member, offer him spot on Justice Department or as Attorney General)

Rally in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Cruz' Radio Ad: Principled Conservative

The Cruz campaign has announced the release of the following 30-second radio advertisement, which will run for the next four weeks in the following states:
Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia

VO: Ted Cruz...a principled conservative. Senator Cruz has lead the fight in Washington to repeal and replace Obamacare. While President Obama and the Democrats have advocated for higher taxes, Cruz has been a vocal opponent. Ted Cruz is pro-life, pro-gun, and pro-family, receiving past endorsements from the National Right to Life and the National Rifle Association.

In 2016, vote for a principled, true conservative. Vote for Senator Ted Cruz.

Cruz: I'm Ted Cruz, and I approve this message.

Reddit AMA:

Question: "would you ,call yourself a libetian or consertive?"

Rand: "Conservative, libertarian, constitutionalist--those all work, but it's not the point of what I'm doing. I'm an American who believs in American ideals--the constitution, and limited government both at home and abroad, so that people can enjoy their right to individual liberty, and then live their lives no matter what adjective they call themselves."

Question: "Your dad lost in 2008 and 2012, crushing my dreams of a truly pro-liberty president. With candidates in this field who are less [censoreds] than last election's field, why should I expect you to win this time?"

Rand: "That's a fair question. See, you have to understand that the environment is changing. As government becomes more powerful and intrusive, the message of liberty and the constitution becomes more appealing to more voters."

Question: "do you like weed?"

Rand: "I don't smoke it, but I've made and will continue to make efforts to decriminalize marijuana. So many families are torn apart due to non-violent drug charges, and we can't continue that practice."

July 7th
Rally in Las Vegas, NV

"We should only go to war if it's the last resort. And with a less interventionist foreign policy, it will certainly be needed fewer times. We need to end this practice of bombing everyone we don't like--it's cost too much, in money, and more importantly in lives."

Fly to California
Meet with Clint Eastwood in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA (Will discuss shared libertarian values.)

Frank Fiorina Hospitalized, Carly drops out

"Friends, late last night my beloved husband Frank was hospitalized after having a massive stroke. Frank has been my rock for 30 years and has always been there supporting me and cheering me on. He gave up such large portions of his life for me when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and never left my side. I have a duty to return the favor to the man I love, and therefore, effective immediately, I am suspending my campaign for the presidency. This may be the end of my chapter in this journey, but friends the fight to take back our country continues. I still believe that in order to make this country truly great again, we will need a conservative reformer to shake up Washington and release the potential of America. Thank you so much! May God bless you, and may he bless this nation!"

Statement from Ted Cruz
I have had the chance to meet both Carly and Frank Fiorina - both are wonderful individuals. My thoughts are with Frank and his family during this time, and I pray that he has a safe and quick recovery. I know that both still have a lot to contribute to our society.
