I believe you have mistaken this thread for the Alaska thread, but a good link none the less.

Oh thank the lord.

Cotton is quickly trending towards Cruz/Inhofe/McConnell/Vitter territory. Pryor may not be on the right side of the minimum wage issue, but with a third Oil War on the horizon and learning more about Cotton's general awfulness, I've come back around to support Pryor.

I SUPPORT TOM COTTON BECAUSE PRYOR IS SO AWFUL (Tongue)

Seriously Sawx, Cotton voted to end student loans a long time ago. You weren't aware about that?

David and Barbara Pryor will hit the campaign trail in the next few weeks. Wonder if it'll be as extensive as '02. Guess the Clintons will be back in the fall.

Interesting Brummett column on why Pryor and Cotton haven't been able to agree on debates. He suspects format is why. Though as far as senatorial debates go, nothing tops NY '64.

Probably isn't actually Pryor+3 since there is no way Rasmussen is nonpartisan.

Here is a new internet attack ad against Mark Pryor.

I find it disgusting and so would many dems and moderate republicans in my state, but it will work in the democratic blue dog areas for Cotton.  They are the one's he needs to target.

SSM prioritized over abortion or guns as a social attack on Pryor? I'd have thought the latter...

WTF? Your name is "Rogue Beaver". I'm pretty sure that's the code word used by bros at the club for a girl who is flying solo.

Well, despite being a poor candidate for communication, Cotton is a strong fundraiser.

Cotton doubles down on farm bill vote, compares food stamp recipients to addicts.

Holy f***ing sh*t. I don't think I've ever seen someone more elitist in my life.

"Nor should we have a food stamp program that isn’t reformed, that doesn’t have job training and work requirements, that doesn't have drug testing requirements, so we can get people who are addicted the help they need. Or make sure that long-term addicts or recidivists are not abusing taxpayer dollars."

The Huffington Post fooled you, that's not actually what he said if you read the context. Tongue

Still a disgusting policy position to have though, since everyone (including Cotton) knows that 95%+ of food stamp recipients are law abiding Americans, and it's been proven that drug testing all of them just wastes money.

Wonder when the next Talk Business will be out - September perhaps? If I had to guess still a tie.

ArkTimes Cotton profile.

Candidates' parents on the stump.

Cotton interview on the run... literally.
