Lots of 17 year old suburban kids for Buttigieg.

Pretty cool deal on MSNBC

Yang makes Warren/Biden viable and gets a delegate from each of them in return

Saw that too. Nice moment

This is also sweet with the Warren and Klobuchar ladies.

Bernie went from a 20 point lead to essentially a 5 way tie at this location:

MSNBC is saying that they are getting zero response from the Iowa Democratic Party to any of their questions.

What an utterly broken and unfair process that Sanders has more than 2x (almost 3x!) as many voters as Buttigieg but gets the same delegates. What a travesty.

The Bernie champ should have done a better job at convincing folks in other campaigns for the 2nd alignment. It really looks like his camp is doing a very poor job at convincing other folks to realign with them.

no no no no no no no
Are they serious, why not just CALL IN?

Likely because the party is getting swamped by calls. Usually they would have a team answering phones for this sort of thing, but since their app failed, they lack the team and mass phone lines they would usually have.

Reports of people being on hold for hours trying to report results.

A lot of tonight is Bernie's fault. Their camp wanted to keep caucuses, even though they are undemocratic and are prone to issues like these. They wanted all three numbers released tonight, even though that would take more time.

Nate Cohen makes a good point that rural areas are being really underreported right now in the publicly available data. I would expect Buttigieg to gain once we get everything.

Come on IA Dems ... let’s get this over with and declare Pete the rightful winner of this caucus.

Based on what exactly? Because you want Pete to win?

Based on Nate Cohen's tweet I posted above, I think Pete ends up winning the SDEs and ends up with the most national delegates out of Iowa. Bernie wins the first alignment, very close between the two in the second alignment.

Really good statement put out by Bernie. Hopefully his surrogates and supporters will heed it along with everyone else

Currently the map, if more results come in, i'll fill them in.

purple = klobuchar
blue = biden (the only county he won)
green = sanders
Klobs won Winneshiek not Winnebago.

Based on what we know, Buttigieg is winning Winneshiek (still missing two precincts):
