Can anyone offer thoughts on how the same group of voters (for each respective poll) came up with these bifurcated results:

Dec 3 (Survey USA)
Ossoff +2       (Ossoff 50  Perdue 48)
Warnock +7    (Warnock 52  Loeffler 47)

Dec 4 (Trafalgar-R)
Ossoff +1       (Ossoff 48  Perdue 47)
Loeffler +5    (Warnock 45  Loeffler 50)

Trafalgar is trash

Warnock apparently compared Benjamin Netanyahu to George Wallace.

Quote
After a Senate candidate in Georgia backtracked on his harsh criticism of Israel’s treatment of Palestinians Tuesday, another clip surfaced in which he used controversial language to describe Mideast tensions.

In a 2016 sermon, the Rev. Raphael Warnock, a Democrat, criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s opposition to a two-state solution for peace in the region.

He called Netanyahu’s stance “tantamount to saying occupation today, occupation tomorrow, occupation forever,” a line similar to former Alabama Gov. George Wallace’s call for, “segregation now, segregation tomorrow and segregation forever.”

He went on to argue that there could be no democracy in Israel without a two-state solution because of the disenfranchisement of Arab voters.

Gotta love seeing "bipartisan" Steve Daines running around with Louie Gohmert, Sarah Palin, MJT and Jim Jordan a few weeks after his election.

Uh... Senator Daines didn't lie about being bipartisan. Montanans know he's bipartisan. Literally every Montanan knows about Senator Daines' bipartisan bill promoting veteran outdoor recovery programs that was recently signed into law

More like EVERYONE in the WORLD

With the results 6 days to go, and Ossoff's inevitable concession speech underway, let's throwback to 2017 when he got his ass handed to him, despite millions of dollars in his warchest, he ended up bizzarely conceding showing off his Obama impersonation, in what seems to be a desperate pander:

If Perdue backs the $2k checks, I'm voting for Ossoff. I don't see the point of voting R on the basis of fiscal conservatism if they're not going to even try to be fiscally prudent.

What has Schumer done wrong exactly?

Do Ossoff and Warnock need more money? No. Does money buy votes? No. Is money the end all be all? No. Is a money a problem when each candidate has raised more money than any campaign in history? No.

We now must divide the runoff and the Ossoff Perdue race into two eras. The Pre YK Era and the Post YK Era.

As you can see below

David Perdue has irrevocably associated himself with Notorious Homophobe Young Kim. Therefore he can no longer be considered a strong candidate. Once Ossoff airs ads with this photo, his favorables will collapse, and become even lower than Weak Candidate Kelly LOLffler.

Western Dem's Uncle, a Obama-Obama-Clinton-Abrams-McBath-Biden-McBath voter, but also a loyal Perdue supporter, has already torn up his Perdue mail in ballot, and plans to vote on Election Day for Jon Ossoff.

Perdue no longer bounces to the beat of Buckhead. He no longer fingers the pulse of Forsyth. He is no longer the champ of Cobb. Post YK Perdue is just another weak candidate.

I suspect these will be the results (non Atlas colors).

Jon Ossoff: 59.3%
David Perdue: 40.7%

Note that Perdue will still have some residual support in the Atlanta metro, but his support for YK homophobia will hurt him there and everywhere else. This election is over.

Bye bye David Perdue. RIP Former King of the Suburbs.

Maybe if Blanche Lincoln ran ads on radio host Young Kim homophobia she would have won.

Why do you want a Pro YK echo chamber?

My friend Jennifer says they're running away as fast as they can from the polling place. They're truly shocked and refreshing Snopes every 3.1 seconds to see if the photo is real.

Are the Gwinett County swingy Clinton-Abrams-Biden-Warnock voters crying and panicking? I've heard they are.

My Uncle is literally in tears right now. He feels so betrayed.

There is no coming back from Kimgate. YK Homophobia has destroyed the GOP brand.

Is all of this Young Kim talk a joke- or am I just completely out of the loop on this one? (I'm assuming a joke)

I think I'm definitely more politically aware than over 75% of average voters in Georgia... and I've never heard of Young Kim. So, I would be surprised if the photo influences any votes- to any significant degree?

I think it's another Atlas joke that's gotten out of hand and is ruining this otherwise useful thread.

Well, we didn't put it in the thread. We made a separate thread.

In any case the meme has died.

Idk exactly what this Young Kim meme is, but it's incredibly stupid and ruins the conversation for people who want serious updates about the state of the runoff elections.

Well, we did make a separate thread. But I for one will stop.

Ossoff's campaign has been impressive to me. I'll be highly disappointed if he doesn't do better than Warnock. He deserves to do 2-3% better than Warnock imo

He still seems pretty generic, but he's sharp for such an inexperienced person

He's definitely a very sharp guy. Do you get the feeling he's gonna win?

So does Perdue quarantining mean that he will not be able to attend the Trump rally in 4 days?

Also- do you think this has any effect at all on the race?

I suppose so

Probably not

I’m going to be attacked for this but this is a good microcosm of Atlas. I was starting to let the thought that Dems had a prayer creep into my head based on the “Black voters are 35-40% of the votes so
far”. I click on that..the number is 30%. Not NEARLY enough.

It seems like if your opinion isn’t a sunshine outlook on Dems chances you get ripped to shreds. Yet almost every Dem Senate race the last 4 years (16,18,20) has seemed to be a major disappointment other than Alabama.

Please shut up, nothing you're saying is remotely true or accurate
