I guess right now I'm Kenyatta > Arkoosh > Fetterman

Lamb is the wildcard. I'd probably put him first then, but I'm not sure. I would really love for PA to break some real progressive ground with Kenyatta.

You want PA to break "real progressive ground" (with a candidate who's narrowly less progressive than Fetterman) but would throw that out the window when Lamb runs?

Supporting Manchin Jr. to own the Bros

Err…Lamb supports nuking the filibuster and generally votes the party line

Sinema generally voted the party line too when she was in the House.
Lamb is opposed to the filibuster.

In honor of today's news, may I present this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCiW-R5bY2k

One of the most... unique political ads I've ever seen.
I had to listen to that ad and the ad still is in my head.

I've heard people say that the crucial Philadelphia suburbs, where most white suburban women live, would rather elect Oz than Fetterman, because Fetterman looks "too dirty, WWC, scary"

Oz will probably flip places like MontCo and Delaware Counties...

Who said this. What people are you talking about. What are their names.

Please stop lying to stoke division, you weirdo.
Probably the voices in his head.

My prediction: Fetterman wins the primary, has a slight lead in the general election polling, then loses by 5-7 points to McCormick.
I still have a feeling Oz will win the primary. He seems like a much stronger candidate anyway.
Well Oz has been doing jack and I've probably listened to 20 ads calling Oz a RINO at this point since the start of the year and like 1 Oz ad.

I have seen a lot of "John Fetterman voted to release a murderer who sold drugs to an 18-year-old" ads from the Senate Leadership Fund. Please kill me.

Fetterman has collapsed and he is going to lose this race to an absolute clown. I tried warning everyone last year that Conor Lamb was the better and more experienced candidate in the general but everybody wanted to do the progressive purity test crap again and listen to hacks like Kyle Kulinski and Jacobin. Great going guys. It's going to cost us yet another seat and possibly the senate.
Today I learned that the average Pennsylvania Democrat is a Bernie bro.

I heard a few ads attacking Fetterman by distinguishing Fetterman from Shapiro today on the radio.

Glad to see him working the youth vote. He was in Philly at Temple on Saturday and then Penn State tonight-
This is shameful.

hate to be that guy, but did Fetterman cost Dem's the senate by not dropping out after his stroke? This seat was so winnable, Oz is near unelectable, but then Fetterman's ego messed it all up.
I really don’t think that’s fair. No one, including Fetterman, could have known how his recovery would go at the time. The real mistake was doing the debate. Better to just take the hit of “cowardice.”
I think it’s fair. Lamb seemed like the establishment type that midterms tend to resent but however in this case Lamb would be well ahead IMO

I don’t see any reason Lamb would or should be the replacement nominee. More likely they would find a stronger candidate capable of generating enthusiasm among the large majority who voted for Fetterman, presumably with Fetterman’s own consent.

Who would that have been? Cartwright?
I’d be fine with Lamb but I think someone like Tom Wolf would have been a good choice.

But either way, I can’t wait for this race to end. I look forward to staying up all night and drinking a lot of soda to stay awake while intently following races around the country and here in Pennsylvania where hopefully most results are in at a predictable time instead of what happened in 2020.

If either Fetterman or Shapiro win, I will leave this forum forever.
