i thought he was in trouble bcuz the secret docs found at his home or january 6 stuff, but it looks like this is about something from back early in his presidency, or before? like i remember this scandal from years ago

did something change with it? like stormy daniels and all that, like what is making them indict trump over that and not the secret docs or the january 6 stuff?

Also how sad is it that not a single person here is arguing that Trump isn't guilty. All of the "don't indict" arguments are just people worried that his reaction will be so bad that he will incite terrorism. Like how far have we fallen as a nation?
