Hard to see this derail him seeing how Clarence Thomas still sits on the bench.

Agree.

CNN's Randi Kaye speaks to Republican women in Florida about Christine Blasey Ford's sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Please watch video here: https://www.cnn.com/videos/politics/2018/09/21/gop-women-kavanaugh-christine-blasey-ford-florida-kaye-pkg-ac-vpx.cnn/video/playlists/brett-kavanaugh-sexual-misconduct-allegations/

----------------------------------

Some of the video highlights ....

Women#1: "But in the grand scheme of things, my goodness. There was no intercourse. There was maybe a touch. Can we ... really ... thirty-six years later? She is still stuck on that?"

Women#2: "But we are talking about a 17 year-old boy in high school, (with) testosterone running high. Tell me what boy hasn't done this in high school? Please, I would like to know?"

----------------------------------

Jesus Christ! Are these f***ing people for real? What planet do they live on, because it cant be Earth.
I seriously wanted to vomit after seeing this video.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Friday said that Brett Kavanaugh will be on the Supreme Court "in the very near future" even as President Trump's nominee faces a sexual assault allegation.

"You've watched the fight, you've watched the tactics, but here's what I want to tell you: In the very near future Judge Kavanaugh will be on the United States Supreme Court," McConnell said while speaking at the Values Voter Summit in Washington, D.C.

He added that Trump has "nominated a stunningly successful individual" and told conservatives not to get "rattled" because Senate Republicans are going to "plow right through it."

Seems that McTurtle and probably many other GOP Senators already have their minds made-up, so what good is having Ford speak? This is incredible.

This is a mess.
Kavanaugh is more than likely doomed.

Oh boy, it's gonna get worse:

This’ll be fun. Even before the hearings tomorrow.

If the Orange Buffoon takes "personal charge" of K's SC destiny, then K is surely done.
Anything that moron touches becomes a complete disaster.

I love Avenatti's response here.
He is not a coward to call the Orange Buffoon out for what he truly is.
"Let's Go."

It's all up to Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins and Jeff Flake. They are the people who will or will not make Brett Kavanaugh a Supreme Court Justice.

Agree.
I hope other GOP Senators take these allegations more seriously, because right now, most of them are basically ignoring these women and wanting to just ram Kavanaugh into the SC seat.
Either investigate these allegations more (using the FBI where deemed appropriate), or withdraw this tainted nominee.

OMG!
The narcissism is turned-up to high today.
"China says that trump has the biggest brain."
LMAO. Is he kidding?
Am I dreaming, or is this really happening with our nation and president?

This is why they don't want Trump doing press conferences. Stupidly and a short fuse is a bad combination.

LOL.
I love when he does them.
The stupidity flows-out every time.
The world and this nation need to see the true absurdity of this president and how he is running the country.

Edit to add: And we get to see his little hands.

The most hilariously stupid part of this press conference was where he actually blamed Obama for not nominating enough judges to fill the vacancies in the Federal courts, so Trump had to appoint 145 judges when he became President.

I laughed out loud when I heard him say that.

Trump is not well.

It's the narcissism in him.
He cant take it, so his mind goes into defense mode, and he starts to create delirious excuses for what really happened.

Susan Collins apparently indicated tonight that she's 'unnerved' by the Swetnick affidavit and wants to subpoena Mark Judge.

Could just be nothing, but any sign of wavering is better than none.

Sounds about right.
The media reported that she exited a GOP luncheon meeting today, and that she did not look happy or like someone who was agreeing with the others in the room.

Fords attorneys refuse to provide video or charts for her polygraph.

Judiciary committee is reportedly talking to a man who claims he assaulted Ford and described the event in "some detail"!!

The anti-Kavanaugh campaign could be over soon.

Can you please post your source (link) to this information ..... mod.
