When I first started posting on this forum, you were one of the first people to be friendly towards me.  Though we may have had our disagreements, you were always very respectful of others's and my opinions and reached out to others.  Thank you for being a true friend on this website, and I think I speak for all of Atlas when I say that we'll miss you.

Thank you for letting us have as much of your time as you did. It always made me glad to see that Kamala had posted somewhere, since you never failed to offer something good or cool or funny or meaningful. I hope you at least visit one more time to see all the wonderful goodbye messages from everyone, it's powerful seeing how people can build a connection with each other, even if it's on an Internet forum. I hope we see you back here again some day, and if not then have a nice life!

Hey Kamala, I know you might not see this (and I intended to PM this to you rather than post here, but it doesn't seem possible), and still- I was sorry to read that you'll be leaving. You've been one of my favourite posters, without a doubt, and I hope to see you return someday. Well there goes my plans to put you as a character in my timeline.

My parents are holding me prisoner by refusing to let me visit a friend who moved to college (which is about 3-4 hours from where I live) earlier this month who is starving herself and considering suicide, so I'm really getting ing sick of their goddamn controlling bullsh**t. I'm extremely stressed out because I don't know if she'll be alive for much longer and I don't want her to go back to her abusive ex-boyfriend and I'm just extremely scared and anxious at the moment. Me and my parents used to have a good relationship, but now they act like totally different people. I have almost no way to get to her unless I want to spend money on an overpriced bus (literally would cost me $100 roundtrip and I'd need to pay for an uber to get to where she is)

Oh, and my ongoing mental breakdown is getting worse because of this
