Bump.

North Korea. I prefer communism to religious fundamentalism.

I choose Saudi Arabia because it's fairly easy to escape.

Bump.

North Korea. I prefer communism to religious fundamentalism.

Considering Kim Jong-Il has himself and his father worshiped as some sort of demi-gods you would have both. I mean seriously, this is a guy who has every household have a picture of him and his father on a certain wall, and you can't put anything else on that wall either. This is a guy who has it taught in schools that his birth was marked by a double rainbow and a bright star in the sky and that he doesn't defecate! The entire country is run like a cult towards him - one step out of line and it's off to a labor camp for you.

Also, at least in Saudia Arabia you'd have food. Regardless of which you prefer, I'm pretty sure you'd tolerate either if it meant not starving.

I'd rather live in north korea and overthrow their state capitalist system and replace it with a democratic government.

Saudi Arabia. I am a male, they are wealthier, and I could leave if I didn't want to live there anymore.

And how exactly would you do that? They have such a tight grip on the populace that a revolution wouldn't be likely. The best you could hope for would be a military coup, and that's not all too likely and wouldn't likely change much.

If that were the choice, I might  be time to assume room temperature.

Given their performance against Portugal in the World Cup, I think the North Korean soccer team would leap at the chance to live in Saudia Arabia right now. Going home might be a wee bit dangerous.

I think it was said that a few of them play in Japan professionally and one in Russia. Those four are probably more likely to survive, but maybe they won't even return home....

I'd rather live in Saudi Arabia. I've know Americans who have lived there, and I think they didn't hate it too much. I'm sure they didn't go out and live amongst the locals, but they have top notch healthcare, a good infrastructure, and general wealth in SA. Not so in NK.

We have to enforce sanctions against North Korea and if they don't comply them BOOM. Saudi Arabia is an ally.  They can also help with oil since the democrats won't let us drill.

Obama did let us drill. That's how we got our current BP oil spill.

There is no freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of the press, women's rights, or religious freedom in Saudi Arabia. Also, if you're gay in Saudi Arabia, then you get executed. I'm sure there are many other violations that I missed, but I got the general gist of their violations for you.

Women dont have rights, homosexuals are persecuted, public beheadings just to name a few. Why dont you actually do research on stuff instead of towing the party line.

Look are they under dictatorship or are the free to vote them out of office at the next election? Either way, no one in Saudi Arabia poses a direct threat to us. Iran should be our main focus.

Do you seriously not know that Saudi Arabia doesn't have elections?
