Mercer is now reporting, and Christie is leading by 58% to 36% with 15.2% reporting.

It's a very lopsided county.  Must be Hamilton Township reporting or something.

Daggett threw in the towel.

Flip those Mercer numbers. Politico has Corzine winning it at 15%.

Stateweide Results: (64.3%)
Corzine: 43.8%
Christie: 50.0%
Daggett: 5.3%

It's time to make a projection. I am projecting that Chris Christie will be the next Governor of New Jersey! Cheesy

Honestly, though, I'd like for Christie's numbers to go slightly down, as I had him below 50% and I want a perfect prediction on here. Tongue I can't believe that I actually underestimated Republicans this election.

I had him the spread at 49-45-5 if anyone wants to check my predictions. Should be right on the money Wink

Don't you mean Christe? Wink
I'm actually pleasently suprised at the gap in this race. I though it would be a 2-3 point win for Christie.

The Dem on FOX just said he doesn't think it'll be called for a while - I don't see how Corzine has a chance.

Since Hudson is 98% in and Essex is 84% in there probably aren't a lot of Dem strongholds left.
