Yeah because Ocean County, strong Republican county, had an explosion of votes.
Almost a quarter of Ocean has reported now.
This thing is not over until Camden, Mercer, Passaic, and Burlington are showing 70% of votes in.

For reference, Corzine won Gloucester by 10 points in 2005. Losing it by 1-2% is not a good sign for him.

Mess of precincts in (12%) or so - Christie plus 9.  Will have to look them over.

I'll go out on a limb and predict a Christie win.

Although if he does win I would feel obligated to give him props for pulling off such a victory.

Seems Corzine is done. Losing by more in the '05 counties lost and winning by less than the '05 counties won.

Bergen is showing something (19.2%)

Christie (R)- 49.1%
Corzine (D)- 46.6%
Daggett (I)- 4.2%

42.5% of Hudson is already in, and that's why the overall lead isn't even more lopsided right now.

Only 14% is in.  Too early to make projections.

That is much less fun. Easier to speculate, worry, cheer, etc. Otherwise, this becomes less of a sport.
