Here's something interesting: The Politico reports that Chaffetz never hired any campaign staffers, and is highly unlikely to higher any in the general due to his near-assurance of winning.

This guy never even pretended to be responsive to his district.  He likely will be missed only in Tennessee.

Representative Cannon was also the one that said we should be more lax on polygamists, although his opponent at the time was different.

In other news, two school board candidates were recalled in my district. They were lapdogs of the teachers' union, and spend 55 million on an administrative headquarters building. The right wing juggernaut snuffed them out.
