People think Constine is too far left on economic issues, but conservatives like his social stances and vote for him.

Polnut sweeps the northeast, upper midwest, and the west.  Constine wins the deep south, the southern plains, and the mormon belt.  It's a stinging loss for Constine:  390-148

In my mind I think Ben would be able to defeat Fezzy in this race for the White House. Ben does well in the South thanks to his stances on the economy and on social issues, whilst Fezzy does well by claiming "traditional" Democratic states Minnesota, Wisconsin, Maine, New Hampshire, Oregon and Connecticut. However this is not enough. Ben wins the White House.

This is not as bad as it seems. I think there will be quite a few states where it will be very close - simply due to horrendus turnout. 

Xahar manages to hold CA, WA, HI, MA, RI, VT and DC, and 1 ME CD. - Ben's centreist social policy, wins him the plains, the deep south and the SW. Xahar's more extreme positions win Ben the rest..
