WTF New York and Illinois. I really doubt organized labor or the working class would be turned off by me at all.

HW 327-211, based on Naso's gaffes during the campaign.

HappyWarrior runs as the popular populists, Hashemite as the Unity type candidate.  Map looks like this:

503-35

DWTL's libertarianism and gaffes do not go over well in most of the nation, and the states he wins, except Alaska, experience record low turnout.

HappyWarrior wins 284-254. EMD does well in labor strongholds, but tends to flounder elsewhere.

I think I'd do great in union areas too, my dad is a union member and I am extremely pro-labor.

So am I but I am more pro-labor. Tongue

Really though it is quite possible I would do better in more "intellectual areas" and Happy Warrior would do better in more labor centered areas. Not that I would do terrible there or anything but he is Catholic too and kinda hawkish. Besides I am for Free Trade to an extent and I am quite the environmentalist.

Thing was I had to guess for a lot of states since your PM scores are fairly close to each other. Tongue

My guess of a Happy Warrior vs EMD election:

Happy Warrior barely wins in a very odd election.

Seems about right due to your west coast and Latino support, though I think I could take MN Wink

Nah, my politics fit pretty good with MN yours don't really. I mean it is very pro-labor but at the same time it is fairly socially liberal and is very environmentally concious. Besides the state is dominated by Scandinavian Lutherans politically that would probably align with me.

Well by that same token I'd probably win Massachusetts Irish-Catholics Grin

HappyWarrior blow out, assuming there's only 2 choices.

When doing HW vs Me, look at the link in my sig first because some of my positions (particularly on trade) may not be what you expect.

In a map that is almost a reverse 1976, Bencontine's populism carries him ahead in union areas while NDN's libertarianism gives him victories throughout the more militant parts of the west.

    Benconstine, blue, 314 EV
    NDN, red, 224 EV

Feel free to pick my map apart. Tongue Also, I did the map this way because NDN's support of lower tariffs & opposition to a federal minimum wage consign his campaign to death in union areas.

PiT Squeaks by 273-265 after the barest of victories in Ohio.  Basic Democrat vs. Republican map.
