I suppose the one thing that could make me buy $400 shoes is if they were magic shoes that whenever I wore them made it so that it would appear like any woman I saw wasn't wearing shoes or socks.

Sorry to disagree with Santander on fashion, but I spend more than that on Jordans all the time (as well as for a couple other brands). But that's because they are the sexiest sneakers ever created (especially the Jordan 4s), except for maybe Bapestas. I think only Jordan 11s make people look ridiculous.

I don't hate the overall design of the Trump sneaker, but I wouldn't wear something so tacky, and even half of that would be too much for pure display.
