He is even in the negatives with Black voters. It's time for Joe to retire. Hopefully his loved ones knock some sense into him over Christmas break.
Given his response to Axelrod, Biden will probably call them "assholes" and stubbornly continue this insanity as elite Dem strategists kiss ass in order to keep access.
