Biden.

I expect a full Florida Effect for Dems, where it swings even if the rest of the country goes the other way.

In the General Election (not in the primary)

The winning party.

This answer is the same for fellow Rust Belt bellwether states Michigan and Wisconsin.

I also sense North Carolina is going to become the next bellwether state which gets reliably carried in U.S. presidential elections. (A 2012 Barack Obama and a 2020 Joe Biden won the U.S. Popular Vote by, whole-number estimates, +4 and needed +5 for North Carolina.)

Biden obviously. And it won’t be close whatsoever. Sticking to my 7% margin.

I'm pretty confident that Biden will win by 4-5%

As of now, Trump due to the independent runs splitting the Biden vote (though its a possibility the RFK independent bid could help Biden). If the economy continues to get better and the third parties get less momentum than I'll say Biden. But the state really can go either way.

Josh Shapiro should run. He'd win PA, Biden might not.

"It's a Toss-Up" is the easy answer here. Gun to my head, Biden very narrowly, though I don't think 2022 is necessarily indicative of what will happen in the GE, since Fetterman and Shapiro clearly had appeal to voters who are not as receptive to Biden.

Biden by two to three points. The Pennsylvania Democratic Party really has their s*** together now, and I think that will matter.
