Probably The Simpsons.

Disney Star Wars is a mixed bag. Rogue One, The Mandalorian, and Andor were good, but those are buried under a pile of generic mass products that are filmed merely to maximize profits of the corporation. Back when Lucas was still in charge the executives were happy for the bucks he brought in. That he was only willing to go so far. Now there are no limits in milking the cash cow. Still, I think this franchise is superior to late-stage Simpsons because by pure chance they manage to come put with a passable product once in a while.

I think the perfect example of this is how The Mandalorian had the absolutely perfect series ending at the end of season 2, but Disney had to not only keep it going, they had used another series to basically undo it and hit the reset button so they can keep making more Baby Yoda merchandise.

Early-mid 2000s Simpsons was still decent, and there's still been a few gems of good episodes in the newer seasons.
