It takes special talent on the part of Republicans to have a 9% inflation rate and still lose.

I believe we call that the Trump effect.

He's a genius, remember.

We might actually be seeing a significant polling error in favor of the Democrats, another humiliation for that industry.

A few other counties getting close to wrapping up.

Oil country! Venango County @ 95% -- Oz leads 64-32, Trump won here 70-29

Huntingdon County (another county that split from Cumberland Co.) @ 95% -- Oz leads 71-26, Trump won here 75-24

Clinton County (Bill Clinton actually won here in 1992 and 1996, but the country has not voted Democratic since) @ 95% -- Oz leads 63-34, Trump won here 67-31

Potter County (home of one of my favorite diners in the country) @ 92% -- Oz leads 78-20, Trump won here 80-19

What’s the diner’s name

ok so D's control the senate and R's the house
what benefit does this have over R's controlling both ie the senate by 1-2 seats?

Ron Johnson is only up by 0.2%, Republicans might have to worry about that one too.
The Needle predicts a 3/4% victory for Johnson, even though there's still a bunch of votes left in Cleveland.
Goes down to the margin in Green Bay I guess.

Barnes might just win this. It will be close in WI.

People calling this one and Hobbs in AZ are both insane.

Some decent moments for Dems so far but let’s not overstate it

Also, another big victory tonight: With around 70%+ of the vote in, Kentucky has rejected adding an abortion ban to their constitution 54/46. Even traditionally rural, Conservative America rejects the radical "Pro-Life"/Anti-Choice position consistently when given a direct say.
This ranks as among the most surprising moments of the night. There must have been blowout margins in places like Louisville.

95% reporting in KS-03 and the NYT was dead on. D+12.

Love how Rs brought out someone on their death bed to override Kelly's veto to ensured the got this map, only for Davids to still go on and win.

MASSIVE Walker overperformance in Henry County.
Henry County was Biden+20 and is currently Warnock+29 (while still waiting for EDay ofc). Can you drop your schtick please? You're a smart guy honestly, you don't need to draw attention with your trolling.

There kind of right there was a error a bit ago showing this

Based on what we've seen so far, I would be shocked if both weren't comfortable Dem wins.

reminder that the ks gop dragged a member out of hospital on a respirator to vote for a map that gerrymandered Davids out, only for her to win anyway

Kentucky was never part of the Evangelical Southern Baptist bloc. Indeed; it remained Democratic on the state level up until the 2010s.

There is some truth to this, but it is also true that a narrow majority of the state identifies with an evangelical Christian denomination.

Furthermore, the "ancestral D" eastern Kentucky counties mostly went right, and the reason for our great, beautiful win tonight came mostly from urban/suburban counties destroying it in MASSIVE numbers. (Elliott County again an exception!!!) It looks a lot like Beshear's win, frankly. And could be a blueprint to him winning again next year!

WI is not over. It is the sleeper right now.

Please pull through, on both fronts, I don’t want to live in the punishment the gerrymandered legislature will deal us in civilization.
