It would make me less likely to vote for them in the primary, but it would largely depend on who the other options are and how much I previously like the candidate who said this.

Is the candidate making a tasteless joke, or being serious? That makes a big difference.

This largely sums it up.

Most certainly it would play a big factor and I would be MUCH less likely to support them in the primary, though it'd depend on the context and alternative candidates and their prior history. In the GE, it would depend on their GOP opponent and, again, the context. A statement like that, basically, wouldn't prohibitively disqualify them from getting my vote by any means - never say never, and it'd have to depend on context and other candidates - but it would most certainly make it significantly harder for them to get my vote.

3 definitely, 2 almost certainly but you can't rule out edge cases.

Depends who the candidate is, but it would certainly sour my opinion of them. If, say, John Fetterman had said this in the primary, I would've been uncomfortable--but I didn't vote for him anyway. It would not lead me not to vote for him in the general.
