Beasley, possibly by even more than Biden. It is 42% college, much more educated than the surrounding areas of southeastern NC.

It's interesting cause downballot lag really wasn't too bad in New Hanover County so I think many are counting out Beasley too soon. My guess would be Budd by the nature of the year but there's a lot of upside for Dems long term.

Budd slightly. New Hanover is still somewhat more Republican downballot (was won by Rouzer for House, as well as Robinson for Lt. Governor), and it is marginal enough that a small shift away from Democrats in the national environment would flip it.
