As we discussed in this thread https://talkelections.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=486187.0, there was the Youtube video that showed that New Hampshire was the best of the 50 states and Louisiana is the worst one. The author used indicators of poverty, education, health, crime and his personal tastes.
There is no doubt that New Hampshire has better indicators. But what about other criteria than these indicators. Is is obvious that New Hampshire is better than Louisiana? Or is it possible to prefer Louisiana?

I prefer Louisiana's weather, although I prefer New Hampshire for just about everything else

New Hampshire for several reasons, especially the climate.

Louisiana actually has a real city (and one of the best ones at that), so the answer is obvious

Would rather live in New Hampshire but find Louisiana more interesting.

Easily NH. I would maybe entertain the thought of living in NH (for tax purposes) but I would never live in Louisiana.
