it was pretty close so anything could happen to flip the result and I generally believe Covid-19 helped Trump(extra stimulus, lockdown measures, riots etc)
Against Biden I dont think he had that many ways to pull it off, but against most other(if not all ) democrats he would beaten especially and would not have lost the senate for the republicans as well for sure

If we had avoided an apocalyptic 2020 pandemic and the social unrest that fueled, to which voters responded by wanting Trump out as fast as possible, then yes. Two caveats, though: a recession was probably going to happen in 2020, and how fast that clears up would determine his reelection. There's also the possibility that a war with Iran would have started without COVID to distract everyone.

Would that have helped Trump!

War with Iran? No, it would be an absolute disaster given the population, geography, and devotion of the country relative to recent experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan. The 413 map for Biden was always hackish, but this is a scenario where Trump loses more than he did in our 2020- probably a 375 EV loss. Biden would probably have picked someone like Susan Rice as VP in a wartime environment, who may or may not have been a better sell to voters.

no mail-in voting changes and he wins easily just on grounds of enough obsessive news following suburban white dems not turning out bc of covid fears
