, I lean negative about it, although I may have reluctantly voted for it to reduce the Wagner act's excesses as it would have been the best option to tilt the system towards equality(albeit with bad regulations on both sides, rather than a proper system)

The worst part was the anti-speech restriction on communism which was fortunately rectified by SCOTUS.

However it did liberalize speech from employers against unions so it was fairly neutral in that regard.

Obvious Horrible Act, and the foreboding beginning of the slow, harrowing decline and fall of the American worker. Bonus points for, as you mentioned, sneaking in pointless Cold War virtue signaling as part of its anti-labor tactics.
