That's not true, if D's net the Trifecta again and add more seats, D's will Pursye a 6T how do other countries have better technology in Speed rail and nuclear power plants like Thailand, China and Japan do it, we need the 6T package and a fourth stimulus check, pursue a 5T and then a 6T with another 1000 stimulus check

But Rs can push thru 3T in Bush W tax cuts and War in Iraq borrow the money, if we were in WWII we would borrow the money, we are in a War on Climate change and Reagan created Global Warming with his oil riggers and Fracking

So has anyone bothered to ask him why? He just pulled a number out of his ass and I’m getting very sick of everything being held hostage by our dimmest people.

Good for him. I personally think that Democrats should run a campaign of infrastructure and stimulus checks for the midterms since both of those were popular and Republicans hate all of them.

Calm down

The US passes a two trillion budget every year. The six billion budget had the normal budget, 2 trillion for infrastrucutre, and family care.

The infrastrucutre bill will probably be passed on it own. So the question is the FY 2022 bidget passed by reconcilation. If the bipartisan bill passes, we need 4 trillion

Unless we curb fracking as I outlined yesterday, and fracking is very important to keep PA, Casey is very pro fracking, the Brushfires are gonna wage out of control.

Biden and Harris need to Educate the public how safely they gonna curb fracking, it's gonna be curbed by a future Secular Congress and Prez anyways

BRISHFIRES in West are the same as they are now on par with Brushfires we had in Eastern Australia

All the storms are either going to Hawaii and Japan in Typhoon or the Gulf of Mexico

It's amazing how Democratic plans always seem to cut the debt & increase economic growth while Republican plans always seem to just give a sh*tton of money back to the wealthy without giving any sh*ts about anybody else. Truly, so amazing.

The Majority of American people want another stimulus check not just infrastructure spending after 1400 and 600 was passed in March Biden right track/wrong track number was 55/45 now it's 39/49% but his policies are extremely popular, that's why he is still at 51/49% Approvals, that tells you right there we need another stimulus I'm October not just for middle class getting advanced payments on EITC

That's a warning in today's poll if D's don't get a wave, they're doomed in the H, they know that that's why they are gonna spend a billion dollarson an unwinnable race in FL to keep D's in power in FL and DeSantis is gonna Redistrct FL to his electoral advantage

DeSantis is up 60/40% and he only barely won in 2018 due to running with Scott, this time he is running with popular Rubio up 60/40% D's are gonna keep the Senate win 278 Govs

U.S. House approves $715 bln infrastructure bill

Quote
The Democratic-controlled U.S. House of Representatives approved a $715 billion surface transportation and water infrastructure bill on Thursday in what Democrats see as an early step toward sweeping infrastructure legislation that Congress hopes to complete in September.

The bill, which includes provisions from President Joe Biden's initial $2.3 trillion infrastructure proposal, authorizes additional spending for roads, bridges, highway safety, electric vehicle charging stations, rail, transit, drinking and wastewater infrastructure.

It also funds programs that would provide money for major projects, including an $11.6 billion plan to connect New Jersey and New York's Penn Station in midtown Manhattan via four modern transportation tubes beneath the Hudson River.

The 221-201 vote sends the legislation to the Democratic-led Senate.

The D's would get a boost if they include another 600 bonus and then a 1400 stimulus check, but Manchin like Sinema believes that we are rewarding unemployment, even if you get a job it's no guarentee that you are gonna stay on it and another 388K people just filed for unemployment.

If D's don't pass another stimulus check they're gonna lose the H anyways, we're in a Pandemic not a Recession and they need to realize that
The stimulus was only 1400 not 4K

Moderates Liz Cheney and Kinzinger are fiscal Reaganites. I appreciate their support on constitutional issues, but infrastructure investment should be bipartisan.

That's why I was never enthusiastic about an infrastructure as long as Congress talks about this, they ignore the fact that we the people need another stimulus

It's not Biden that doesn't want another stimulus, Manchin made it clear he wants people to work, not get get more stimulus, I don't like Manchin or Sinema, if you get another job in this Pandemic it might be Part time and you can lose it 388K people just filed for unemployment, that's proof that we need another stimulus

Aside from their aforementioned support on Jan. 6th, this isn't an accurate descriptor for the likes of Cheney & Kinzinger.

A bold take. All the GOP needs is continuing with voter suppression laws and higher turnout than Dems. As of today, we haven't seen much evidence high voter turnout among Dems and Dem-leaning independents during the Trump era stays up; though we haven't seen evidence to the contrary either. It looks unlikely 2022 will be something close to a 2010 style debacle, though that's not needed for the House to flip. That said, Dems have obviously far less vulnerable seats than they had going into 2010 with a 256 seat majority.

Biden and Schumer on top must make sure the reconciliation bill gets through, too.

Unlikely

Democrats will have a three seat majority, which will be gone just by redistricting. Plus its a midterm so the presidents party will lose seats. Even if we minimized our seat loss by winning the national popular vote, I don't see how we can keep the majority

That said, if we ban gerrymandering than yes we can win. But I don't see Manchin/Sinema even changing the filibuster for voting rights
