I do, he was hilarious.  Like an 'real' conservative opebo (and not the half-assed Republican opebo was).  I can only imagine the amount of posts he'd have denouncing Lamont as a Demolib an Lieberman as a Communo-jEW.  We need an unban Hawkeye thread.

Not particularly.

However, I do miss PBrunsel.

I really don't have an opinion on the identity controversy.

I miss PBrunsel as well.  Too bad it had to end like this.  He didn't speak all that much, but he added a certain charm to the forum.

I agree, he was a gentleman. I also miss his unhealthy but strangely intoxicating enthusiasm for Herbert Hoover.

But I certainly do not miss Hawkeye.

certainly.

i always found hawkeye to be rather amusing.  i never really understood the big controversy.  so what if pbrunsel was really hawkeye.  big f'ing deal.

i really miss pbrunsel.

sadly, i think there is a small minority on this board that want to ban anyone they dont like.

No.  He had his funny moments, but his lack of grammar and crudeness made him unenjoyable.  I don't really miss PBrunsel either, I have no strong feelings about him.

Not really. It was impossible to have a rational conversation with him.

Hawkeye was not banned. He admitted to being a fake and left after being exposed. And he was not funny at all, just the most basic type of troll.

I do not miss Hawkeye.  PBrunsel has lost my trust because he has never explained his "100% real" defense of Hawkeye.  If he would come clean about it, I would love to see him come back.
