New York City Public Advocate and former City Councilman Bill de Blasio and former MTA chair and Giuliani associate Joe Lhota run to replace term-limited Michael Bloomberg.

Who would you vote for eight years later, knowing what you know of de Blasio and Lhota, who left the Republican Party and has repudiated Rudy Giuliani and Donald Trump?

Clicked Lhota before I remembered that I would've voted for the legend Jimmy McMillan as a protest vote.

Lhota is comical and BdB is highly underrated. Obvious D.

Also, beneath the meme McMillan is a piece of sh**t. He abuses rent control laws to have multiple personal residences that he pays barely anything for.

Didn't know that but I don't take him seriously at all and my vote would be for meme value

What was wrong with Lhota?

At this point, probably neither. Lhota never acknowledged police brutality, he is now a conservadem like Hank Scheinkopf (police union shill)

Adolfo Carrion would have been good.

New York City will probably have a Latino mayor in 2030, after Adams.

Did you see his mayoralty? Don't you think a Lhota mayoralty would be more calmer and suburbanites would be more receptive to visit NYC?
