He's almost certainly convicted but no one quite knows yet what it will be for. They said it's a decision all the jurors agree on so there's probably no chance of a mistrial. Max of 40 years in prison. Chauvin also won't have an easy time in prison, especially if he's placed in general population.

There will not be a mistrial or a hung jury. I'd say there's a 1% chance he will be acquitted and a 99% chance he's found guilty of something.
