Wyoming: 0.02% chance (GOP splits, with each faction winning about an equal share in WY, enabling a Democrat to win with around 35%)
Vermont: 0.2% chance (GOP completely-- or almost completely-- reverses its position on same-sex marriage and LGBTQ+ rights in general; a significant Vermont-based Green movement takes afoot)

So, I'd say VT going Republican is about 10 times as likely. Neither is likely, though.
