Quick question, but is there any idea as to when both Ossoff and Warnock will be sworn in?

Thank you Kelly for conceding and not acting like some baseless voter fraud exist.  I have no time for sore losers anymore.

Short answer: probably when the Senate reconvenes on Jan. 19.

Longer answer (not directed solely at you): it's worth checking at least a page or two of the thread before asking things like this.  This is at least the third time it's been asked and answered.

At least she didn't call him Radical Liberal Raphael Warnock in her concession.

This win was for the blessed spirits of John Lewis and William Tecumseh Sherman.

If Trump (or any Trump, for that matter) runs in 2024, will you be supporting them in the general election?

Loeffler conceded

Only backhanded and low bar praise I’ll ever give her, thanks for conceding and ditching your objections yesterday, there were worse senators serving during your time than you.

Loeffler calling Warnock to congratulate him and conceding, much less before Perdue, is shocking. But than again, her literally running for her life from her own damn supporters probably shock some crazy out.

Nor does she sound disappointed. But if I was worth 800 million, I don’t think anything would upset me either...

You hate to see it.

For several reasons (in his mind), I've thought for a couple of weeks now that he would prefer both of them to lose. (although I'm unsure if he will have the same opinion several months from now- my guess is he will... unless the Senate starts investigating his taxes or something, which probably will not happen).

Reasons:
1) He doesn't want to be the only loser in GA
2) Whether he runs in 2024, or decides to start some sort of competing Right wing media company- he feels like both would be easier for him if he can rail against all 3 bodies (house, senate, white house).
3) Lessens the power of McConnell or any other Republican Senators (allows him to maintain more control over the party).
4) He never really cared about Conservative Social Policies to begin with (His positions were just a means to an end).
Idk man. If Trump wanted a comeback in 2024, a divided government would have helped a lot. It would have prevented Biden from any successes dooming him in the general. I figured the whole $2k checks were to help build goodwill for a future run.

Yet, he does everything he can to  the runoff elections. So maybe he really does hate the party for failing him. Serves them right for enabling him for so long.

I haven’t been paying attention to this thread since Election Day so I might have missed it but: Do we know if majority Hispanic precincts swung back to “regular” Dem levels after swinging hard R in November?

i think the NYT analysis had them swinging back the most from November, like D+8 increase or something

About that:

I now have more respect for Loeffler than Perdue, which is something else I wouldn't have predicted as an outcome.

What happens if David Perdue refuses to concede by January 20th?

His seat is vacant so nothing. Harris will just swear Ossoff in if she has to.

Right.  Concession by the losing candidate is not a requirement in any election; it's a sign of courtesy, class, and respect for the will of the people.
