If Biden wins GA I will exclusively use Georgia based businesses for a year. The good people of Atlanta deserve it. F#ck you AA in Fort Worth--Delta gets my money from now on.

Current turnout:

143 million (+4 from 2016)

What could be left ?

Maybe 5-10 million ?

For 150 in total ?

I think the 160 will definitely not be reached, there will only be a slight increase in turnout after all. Not the big one, as predicted.

More than 10 million imo. There's a lot in CA/NY/IL/etc. to come in.

If GA flips, hopefully Trump wins AZ after all with the remaining 500k ballots there.

I want my 1000€ from the betting organization (Trump needs to end up with 240-268 votes).

Eh, it's kinda fun to reconstruct your life around rabid partisanship. Don't worry though--I promise I won't be making my way over to r/feet any time soon.

Biden has multiple opportunities here to clean up more EC votes well above 270.

Based on the mail-in ballot effect of scoring high votes in the last phase of vote-counting, he has

  • NC - 75,000 deficit with 290,000 votes left to count. Biden needs 63.4%.
  • GA - 23,000 deficit with 230,000 votes left to count. Biden needs 55.0%.
  • PA - 165,000 deficit with 780,000 votes left to count. Biden needs 60.5%.

Will wait and see tomorrow how they come in.

We are no longer talking about whether Biden will win the election, rather, by how much.

Where are you seeing 230,000 votes in Georgia?

I thought someone else said 90,000?

Yaaaa they should be required to release vote totals on election night everywhere then, if they allow late-arriving mail ballots, release how many came in to each precinct on each day. It’s crazy that this isn’t standardized.

This sort of dysfunction is the "federalism" that so many Republicans love so much. Yes, we should have clear, consistent, transparent, and fair national elections administration standards, with clear and consistent reporting that would allow everyone to have complete confidence that all elections are always properly administered. But what are the chances that Mitch McConnell would have any interest in any such thing? Zero.

Idiocracy just wasn't a good movie. The premise had potential but it wasn't very well executed.

The biggest shifts weren't by region, race, age, or any of that.  It was education.  The GOP is quickly turning into the party of dummies.

And this is precisely why we got the result that we did. You wonder why Trump's supporters are so dead set against Democrats now? It's this kind of condescension that only intensifies their loyalty to him and to Republicans.

This country has tolerated stupidity, degeneracy, and mediocrity for too long. You can blame parents for that. You can blame the schools for that. You can blame the dog for that. But Trump is the logical conclusion to a "there is no such thing as right or wrong" society.

Watch the movie Idiocracy when you can. Some call it a documentary. I call it a horror film.

THIS.

We are in a national pandemic and the Trump morons are galavanting in massive rallies without masks.  They are acting proudly ignorant and in the process literally spreading a deadly virus.  The rest of us are sick of tolerating it.

And yet the "rest of us" elected Joe Biden by the narrowest of margins with a do-nothing Senate that's only going to result in four years of a bland Democratic presidency followed by four or eight more years of reactionary control.

It's time to admit this country is f#cked. Republicans control the Senate for the next generation at minimum and any measly attempt to improve quality of life for the middle class or people living in poverty, or do a damn thing about climate change, is DOA.

Side note, Don Lemon was interviewing this attorney about the vote and he turned into a skeleton.

Just a reminder that when Clark County comes in last and Biden wins NV, AP will call the race, as will Fox News.

Based on 5,130,000 total voters in GA, they are ~95% complete on counting.

That = 230,780 remaining.

(Unless they are not updating their completed levels as they go. Every website says 95% complete.)

Just for that segment. It was the attorney's video feed quality apparently.

What will you say if Trump wins AZ, GA, and PA? I don't think you would say that Trump stole the election. Trump can still win all of these three.

I really don't want to jinx it, but I'm an Atlanta voter and I cast my first ballot ever this cycle for Democrats up and down the ballot (wasn't old enough previously). Growing up, I never really felt represented by my state on the presidential or congressional level, so it's encouraging to think that my vote made a difference, even though the nominee wasn't who I would have chosen.
