With American politicians it comes down to who's less likely to start a war, which is the most immediate threat to my life and the lives of people in the developing world. Both have records that suggest they would be warmongers. I guess Haley is the devil we know, though.

I strongly suspect your "appropriate reasons" would not sit at all well with Anarcho-Statism if the situation were to arise.

Nikki for sure.

Josh Hawley is Trump in a much more inoffensive package. Competent, calm, and dangerously authoritarian. Probably the scariest senator up there right now. There are worse senators, but they are much less subtle about their authoritarianism and therefore much less likely to climb higher in government.
