I don't know if it's the drugs or not, but Trump apparently believes in his own propaganda, that is that he has successfully conquered a COVID infection and is therefore invulnerable now. It is for that reason that he also doesn't need masks any longer.

I don't know. One thing I've learned throughout the past year is how slavishly devoted his supporters are. It's appalling to me that they think Trump has done us all a service by "confronting" the virus. Perhaps it might be an effort by Trump to convince himself that everything is going to be fine-after all, we're all aware of how self-conscious he is, and he takes affront to any suggestion that he's not "strong" or "dominating." That's part of why he went on his ride around the hospital.

I wish I could be more horrified at Trump being the human embodiment of arrogance but I knew it was going to happen. Biden needs to go negative again.

Also Should Biden win, an army of cleaners similar in size to the D-Day invasion are going to be necessary to cleanse this White House of the virus...and also just to cleanse it of Trump's presence in general. He needs to make sure they check for upper-deckers that Trump may have left him in White House toilets too.

Trump has placed himself in an iron coffin of his own making.

If he does need hospital-level care, he cannot go back to the hospital because he has already declared himself that he has "beat the virus".

So we might very well have a situation where Trump is dying in the White House and refuses to leave, and everyone will just go along with their "commander's" orders.
