It’s inevitable. After Harris we’ll have Whitmer as president for 8 years and then Mayor Pete for another 8. Center-Left Liberalisim is the future. You cannot escape destiny

Meh. We need a government fighting for big structural change in America so the rest of the Western world can be pulled on board too. Not certain that will be Kamala. We'll see how Warren fares against her in 2024.

Nonsense. The Biden-Harris-Whitmer-Pete(I cant spell his last name)-Connor Lamb-Doug Jones-Tim Ryan-Bottoms-Duckworth-Finkenaur line of succession is set in stone.

Random observation, but Harris is one of the few "polished" politicians I've heard use the word "gonna" in a prepared speech.

Kamala was great, truly a great speech. But Obama was just too brilliant to follow up.

WHY THE F[INKS] IS BIDEN ON SCREEN NOW?

YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE NOMINEE APPEAR UNTIL THE END WHEN THEY ACCEPT THE NOMINATION.

She would have been the best president of the bunch.

No doubt.

Hillary did the same thing for Obama in 2016 and Biden already appeared yesterday.

And what does your Conventions 101 class tell you about virtual conventions held during the middle of a pandemic?  Nothing.  Adapt or die.

Democrats are really good at politics!  To echo a point I made earlier, they have to be, given how the system is rigged against them.  If Democrats weren't significantly more capable politicians than Republicans, they'd never win.

Obama easily crushing it tonight. He was simply amazing. Hard act to follow, though Kamala still performed well.

This whole convention/ticket/strategy has been perfect from start to finish.  Whoever is making behind the scenes decisions is a genius.  This whole election is worst case scenario for Donald Trump right now and he's got 25 days until people start voting to fix it.

That would be Jen O'Malley Dillon.

Trump rage tweeting in all caps at Obama is the most on brand 2020 thing ever.

Actually watched the big 2 speeches tonight (Twins were getting blown out), Harris was good, Obama was great.
