That's relieving. Although we could actually make it exist, just shorten the name of blue cheese sauce to make it more hip and you have blue sauce.

I'm assuming option 2 refers to the name blue sauce? My family still calls it bobble goo.

Otherwise it would be a redundant with option 3.
