I have heard recently that a Noose can only be connected with lynching black men despite it being the method of execution in the US for a few centuries and across the world.

https://www.cnn.com/videos/us/2020/07/07/jimmy-johns-noose-georgia-employees-fired-orig-dp.cnn

For example these idiot kids did something disgusting by tying Pizza dough around their neck but if you actually watch the video how is it racist?. They say the manager has condemned to hang, its just a joke showing how much of an ass the manager is. They absolutely deserve to be fired for the stupidity but its now unfortunate that this event might follow them further as if they are very racist people instead of just stupid kids. I wouldn't even say its a bad idea to fine them for the hygiene violation but its unfortunate that people now just see them as racist.

It absolutely is not inherently such a thing and anyone who thinks so has no sense of genuine perspective.
There is however such a history in the South of lynching that makes things much dicier for it in the Southern United States.

Oh of course I am not denying the awful history behind lynching but I can't think of a very good symbol that represents that well besides the large mob being included.

Plenty of people throughout the world were executed via the noose, including Saddam Hussein. Is this an incorrect assumption?

No because it can also represent the assassination of Jeffrey Epstein.

Symbols don't exist "by themselves," is the thing.

no, it can be a symbol of Saddam Hussein getting what he deserved as well.

(he was executed by hanging, right?)
