It had better not be Baldwin or Klobuchar. We can't lose another Senate seat besides Alabama.

I do like Kamala Harris, but I just feel she's way too polarizing and I was not impressed (to say the least) with her presidential run. I really wanted her to do well as a frontrunner but she collapsed under the slightest bit of scrutiny after less than a month, and couldn't defend her AG record from someone like Tulsi Gabbard. Plus do we really need somebody from California on the ticket? I just don't see what she adds.

My pick is Stacey Abrams. Fresh face to the party, nowhere near the baggage of someone like Kamala or Klobuchar, and would probably help Biden in GA and maybe NC.

Because Kamala couldn’t dismantle Tulsi Gabbard’s disinformation attack and explain the job of Attorney General in 30 seconds she shouldn’t be VP? K.

All but Harris, Duckworth, and Whitmer are horrible.

LOL do you think the GOP is above disinformation attacks or that they won't twist her record in exactly the manner Tulsi did?

Duckworth is the best pick. Harris is pretty good, but doesn't add as much electorally. Others I don't have much opinion about.

Why are Tlaib and Gabbard in the poll?  There are literally thousands of people more likely to be the VP nominee than they are.

Shaheen and Warren are bad choices because they are too old and would (temporarily) surrender a U.S. Senate seat to the GOP.  Biden would be stupid to do that.

All the House members and Abrams are bad choices.  Gabbard is the absolute worst.

So that leaves:  Harris, Duckworth, Cortez Masto, Klobuchar and Whitmer.  That would be my short list.

I'm not sure if you want me to answer based on which is a good politician or a good pick for this campaign. Abrams for example, you could argue is a good politician (better than Kemp at least) in Georgia but a very bad pick for VP.

If Biden was younger, fitter, and spry then I'd be willing to very reluctantly accept Kamala Harris. Not if Biden is clearly getting old and if there's any chance he'll delegate to her or resign before 2025.

Warren I'm neutral towards. Honestly, I don't feel like she's the best pick either.

Davids is great but you'll be vacating an R+5 district won in 2018. I'm too lazy to figure what that means in KS specifically but it's too risky.

Tlaib is downright idiotic as a VP choice, worse than Abrams.

The others are fine I guess. I don't like Klob, as she's an abusive boss, but strategically she's a good pick who is a proven winner in rural MN - which could echo in rural WI/MI/PA.

Tlaib and Gabbard are terrible choices, not because I hate them (I don’t) but because they are controversial and have low approval ratings. But they aren’t being chosen so who cares.

Really anyone Biden’s likely to pick won’t be a bad choice.

I’m hoping for Duckworth, though Masto or Whitney would also be fine choices. I love Warren, but she’s probably not the right choice for Biden (maybe if he were 47 instead of 77?) I think any of the other choices would be mistakes.

If Elizabeth Warren and Uncle Joe actually got along, then she would be a strong pick to unite the party (outside of the loony left who'd rather see Trump win than ANY non-Bernie candidate). But since they don't, I maintain that Kamala Harris is a strong pick, even though people on atlas hate her.

Freedom choices: Kamala, Klobuchar, Whitmer, CCM.

Neutral: Duckworth

All others are HP, hardly qualified (Abrams, Davids) or boring (Shaheen).

I'm leaning more and more towards Kamala, with Whitmer and CCM as close second. Amy Klobuchar is fine, but she's too much like Joe Biden. Only difference is gender and age. Great dark horse picks are Nanette Barragan, Hilda Solis and Val Demings.

CCM, Harris and Whitmer already declined to run. Its Klobuchar , and Duckworth is gonna stay in IL. Abrams has zero foreign policy knowledge

All of them are horrible choices especially Duckworth, Abrams and Tlaib. Cortez-Masto is probably the best among that bunch.

Duckworth is just about the only VP choice I could be excited about. Harris is way too polarizing to be a good choice, but I still think Biden should choose a woman of color. Duckworth is a WOC, veteran, from a safe state, and has appeal with WWC voters. She's the perfect choice and I hope the Biden campaign realizes that.

Demings and Sewell would also be solid choices but they're too unknown to the general public.

Harris: tilt HC. Her record as AG bothers me and not a great pick on electability, but at least we would get a new Californian senator which seems great as it's an opportunity for a very progressive to get elected.

Shaheen: HC. Boring and doesn't add anything to the ticket. NH isn't in danger, while Sununu and Ayotte can pick her seat.

Warren: tilt HC. Risky choice on electability, not necessary. I'd rather have an appealing platform than an appealing vp. She's more effective in the senate, and needs to prepare for a potential run in 2024.

Masto: FC, appeal to latino voters, females. Not the best pick, but a safe bet.

Duckworth: FC, safe bet as well.

Klobuchar: slight FC, but I have my doubts, although it makes MN safe. Don't think Biden and Klob would be a great team together and not a progressive choice.

Davids: HC

Tlaib: HC, unnecessary, would risk losing the election. Not VP material, would never happen

Gabbard: HC, would never happen, too ideologically apart, and would risk losing the election as she's too controversial.

Whitmer: FC, great fresh choice, would set her in position to run in 2024 and 2028. But might be too early for her. She's serving in her first term of governor.

Abrams: HC, doesn't add much to the ticket, risky choice, and too much identity politics with this choice. Not progressive. Abrams needs to run for governor again in 2022.

Out of this list, i would pick Whitmer personally for Biden. For myself, i would also pick Whitmer if she wanted to run with me.

The greatest pick would be Baldwin. The only downside is that we would risk losing a senator. But she's female and adds balance to the ticket, without being too far-left, showing Joe's commitment to debate on platform with the Sanders' campaign. While not overwhelming Joe on the ticket.

I must have missed something, but Shaheen, Davids, and Tlaib are being considered as potential VP options?
