My guess is Warren if she doesn't collapse post-NV and SC. She'll get some strong support out of the bay area. Her, Biden, Buttigieg, and Bloomberg will all be around the same amount statewide, hovering around viability.

Close to 100% certainty it's not gonna be Biden. Close to pretty strong certainty it's gonna be Warren.
