So how the hell were votes counted in the past? Did Precinct secretaries have to call in to the county party headquarters as is apparently the case tonight? And if so, how the hell did they not remain on hold for hours as is apparently happening now?

Biden’s speech just is not good. It worries me deeply in the case that he should be nominated.
Where are you seeing a speech?

Sanders campaign putting IDP to shame, may be forced to use his data:

Frankly, this is one of the strongest pieces of evidence I've seen to vote for Bernie. Damn good organizational leadership, of the type that will be needed to run a White House staff.

Why the heck did they just not use the system from 2016. It worked perfectly fine in 2016

Ironaically, it was because of the anti-caucus demands. The only areas with caucus's left are Wyoming and the territories, where the total D electorate is tiny, and these first two in Iowa and Nevada. In order to keep these first two caucuses, they added more transparency and acessability to the process. These demands forced the previously established system to adjust to the new realit, and changing a bureaucratic institution is always hard.

I hope people on the IDP are in tears rn.
Why, they’re probablydoing what they’re told.

The "inconsistency" is the fact that Bernie is leading.
It could be that they’re chipping away at the padding to deliver the fatal blows in the South. After all, killing his chances right now is an unwise placement of risk.

Caucuses should be outlawed as should party control over the voting processes.

Rambling and incoherent..

He just can’t be the nominee.

This delay and app problem is actually pretty good news for Sanders going forward, because such controversy is probably mobilizing his supporters most.

The fact that Pete is speaking last probably means he won the caucus.

I can already hear the Bernieworld reaction to the delayed results.

The DNC is changing the votes to screw Bernie! Rigged primary again!
