my fiancee got me thinking about this, like if u have a house and an airplane flys over it what gives them the right to trespass over ur airspace like that you know what i mean? like why don't ur property right extend to space so like if you could enforce it couldn't you charge an air plane toll? or you should be able to but maybe big gov wouldn't allow it.

No. Limits on height and depth of property owned. Also, just like public utilities can pass under property, airplanes should be able to pass over unhindered.
