David Sirota is walking evidence of how morally and ethically bankrupt the Sanders campaign is.

I shouldn't even have to tell you that this video is out-of-context and incredibly misleading.  You should just know it from the fact that it's in a Sirota tweet.

"Morally and ethically bankrupt".

WRONG AGAIN, anyway, rent-free!  Sniffles has repeatedly called for social security cuts.  NOT GOOD!

Bernie needs to take the gloves off run some negative ads for once. Hammer Joe on wanting to cut Social Security, voting for Iraq. The only way to beat Biden is by driving up his negatives with attack ads.

And how well did that work for trying that on Trump in 2015-6? Hell, how did that work out for Harris [granted, I hardly consider that the primary reason things didn't work out...but still] or Castro?

Because Harris/Castro's hit Biden on dumb stuff, busing & his memory. Hitting Biden on Social Security would resonate since most of his base is over 65 and its always been a third rail issue. Put this clip in a 30 sec ad and it'll leave much more of a mark than busing.

Or Biden walks it back and the over-65s are none the wiser at best, overly forgiving at worst, just like every time Trump was called out over something or another.

David Sirota has been vicious towards the Democratic Party and it's members. We'll never forget that him and Briana supported Jill Stein over Hillary, being the Bernie voters who flipped the election when they cried and pout that Saint Bernard was not crowned the nominee. That these people bought the ludicrous conspiracy theory that the DNC RIGGED the primary in favor of Hillary Clinton, when she won the most delegates fair and square.

His hirings show how much contempt Bernie has for the party.

Why not NEVER FORGET the idiots at Clinton's campaign who ran a horrible campaign so unaware they spent money in New Orleans to pump up the popular vote margin since they were so sure they'd win the electoral college. Sanders held more events for HRC in the midwest than she did for herself in the final months of the campaign and, being someone who supported HRC in the primaries last time around, I'm so tired of the ridiculously childish and inaccurate idea that anyone at Bernie's campaign is remotely responsible for HRC's loss. Stop blaming others. It's been four years.

Part of the reason Sanders has to win is for this four-year blame game to end. It's annoying and unproductive.

Imagine being more upset about the tweeting habits of one campaign staffer versus Biden's repeated and consistent attempts throughout his career to gut Social Security.

Anyways, it's happening, folks. Sanders is going to win.

Biden is incapable of uttering a sentence with any actual substance. Those being the rare occasions where he is able to utter a sentence.

The liberals are the enemy now? It used to just be the centrists, establishment, moderates, and neoliberals; but now even regular liberals aren't pure enough?

I'm sorry to be pedantic here, but pick a different word.

A good chunk of AOTA here seem to be identifying themselves as liberal, while doing pathetically little to live up the very moniker.

It's really no surprise then those who were proud liberals even as the GOP worked overnight in the '80's to Order 66 the whole idea would be disgusted by the idea of these chickens would hijack the term.

Liberals increasingly is what Moderate/Centrist were back then, all because now, and rightly so might I add, Moderation and Centrism are seen negatively. So where does that leave the ones who stood by during the ideological purge? No wonder Socialism, Social Democracy, and Progressive are the keywords now!

Oh, and that's without the European/Aussie senses of the word coming into play.

I can understand all that, but it's still probably the most mainstream term for those left of center.  I would identify as a progressive (as evident by my username) just because the term liberal here doesn't mean what it does elsewhere, but here in the United States, pejorative or not, it's still how most categorize people with left wing sensibilities overall.

Worth pointing out that at this moment it feels like Sanders has his best chance at being the nominee both this cycle and for the 2016 cycle. Biden is still barely the frontrunner, but Sanders being the Democratic nominee is a stronger possibility every day.

If he wins Iowa and New Hampshire watch the party elite absolutely melt down.

I doubt that. Biden's southern wall is looking pretty sturdy.

Indeed, the real test lies in The West.

Which is stronger Bernie's Western Wall, or Biden's Solid South?

I still don’t get why Bernie does so poorly with black voters. Like I completely understand why especially older black voters are drawn to Biden but I just don’t get why Bernie does as bad as he does. It’s not like he’s mayor Pete and comes off stiff and awkward when discussing civil rights issues. The man is very woke on the issues and launched his political activism with the civil rights movement. So there has been just this disconnect and I don’t get it.

Because living for most of his adult life in one of the whitest states in the union he doesn't know how to appeal to these voters.
