I expect the New York Democratic primary to be held on April 28 2020 along with Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island, but the Wikipedia article about the 2020 Democratic primaries says that the NY primary has not yet been officially scheduled on a precise date and state statute holds that the primary will be held on February 4, just one day after the Iowa Democratic caucuses (https://frontloading.blogspot.com/p/2020-presidential-primary-calendar.html)

Who would win the New York primary if it is held in February?

To be clear, in the unlikely event that New York doesn't move from its currently scheduled February date, Iowa and New Hampshire will both move earlier to stay ahead of it, so both states would end up having their contests in January.

The one who is from New York now that Gillibrand is out; Yang.

(Don't consider de Blasio a serious candidate.)

As someone who lives in New York, I don't think it'll be Biden. Even the Hillary supporters here are far more likely to be for Harris, Buttigieg, or Warren. I suppose the black areas might go for Joe, but at this rate I'm skeptical.

Biden, unfortunately.

This is assuming he doesn't completely lose it by then though.
